These sausages are professionally made from our own, home grown, Oxford Sandy and Black pigs and Mediterranean seasoning.  This recipe is a Mediterranean festival in a sausage!  Tomato, paprika, onion, chilli, ginger, pepper, oregano – the list goes on, a fantastic combination of flavours and great for dinner or on the barbecue.
