These sausages are professionally made from our own, home grown, Oxford Sandy and Black pigs and Hot & Spicy seasoning.  As the name suggests this is a wickedly warm sausage. The classic combination of red and green peppers interlaced with green chilli looks and tastes excellent and appeals to the growing number of those who like to live a little on the wild side.
